
Who we are
LEX Workforce is a socially conscious organization designed to help Lived Experience Young Professionals (LEX-YPs) confidently enter and operate in the workplace. Through organizational consultation, competency-based training, coaching, workshops, retreats, and leadership development, LEX Workforce provides LEX-YPs with the social and professional skills required to be successful at work and the organizational staff who employ them. LEX Workforce isn’t just a training program; it’s a holistic network that serves an integral part of the youth-serving community by:
Relating through shared, lived experience–using experiential knowledge to help others facing similar challenges,

Tailoring programs to meet the needs of individuals and organizations, wherever they are in their developmental stage and
​
Empowering young professionals to become effective leaders in their professional environments and give back to the community.

Transformative training and retreat experiences to build skills capacity and equip young professionals to address challenges in complex youth-serving positions.

Coaching to ensure the application of skills learned in training, promote staff retention through wellness support and burnout prevention, and provide safe space for reflection, visioning, goal setting, empowering action planning, and offering a process through which to address conflict.
